Meet Our Founders
Mr. Rajip Tripathi
Born and raised along the Trishuli River, Rajip began his river career in his early teens and brings over two decades of global multi-sport guiding experience across Nepal and internationally. Currently serving as the Head Rafting Guide at Dagali Fjellpark in Norway, he is a Level 3 Canyoning Specialist, Rescue 3 Instructor, Wilderness First Responder, and Paragliding Pilot. An avid photographer with a talent for capturing raw adventure, Rajip is also the Lead Singer for the popular Nepali folk group Batasey Brothers, bringing music, warmth, and legendary campfire energy to every trip.
Mr. Abhinav Deep
A new-school expedition expert, Abhinav has been exploring Nepal’s wildest corners for over a decade and actively guiding high-Himalayan treks for five years. A Level 2 Canyoning Guide, Paragliding Pilot, and Advanced First Aider, he handles high-altitude risk management and expedition planning with precision. Combining event organizing skills with professional photography, Abhinav ensures every trip runs seamlessly while capturing your greatest moments on camera.
